Sweat lodge is a perfect experience for everyone during any season.
We invite you to join this beautiful sauna ceremony which may be called a purification ceremony and involves two different - old school lithuanian sauna and Inipi (indigenous people of North America) - traditions. This sweat lodge tradition has a different meaning in every culture, but mostly it is a place where physical and spiritual worlds merge.
The ceremony itself calls for spiritual awakening and perceiving oneself through all four elements (Earth, Water, Air and Fire).
During the whole program we will go on a hike with some various experiences, make a fire, cook some food, make birches, taste some tea and take part in the sauna ceremony after all.
